Accepted payment methods
Bank transfer, postal order, postepay recharge, paypal (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) all shipments are authorized to the “Freeze deposit” and it is therefore possible to collect them at the gls-italy branch closest to you.
Advance payment by bank transfer
When confirming the order, if you have chosen this payment option, you will be sent by e-mail the complete indication of our bank details (CIN, ABI, CAB, C / CN °, BBAN and IBAN ) and payment instructions. It is important, when sending the bank transfer, to specify the order number (received by e-mail) and your details. Once the payment has been received, we will immediately send the requested goods.
Credit card (Visa / Mastercard)
By choosing this type of payment, you must indicate the header that appears on the card, the number and expiry date of the same. By choosing this option and sending the order over the internet, the credit card will not be charged immediately. Our system will carry out the transaction later and if it is not successful you will be notified by e-mail (if available) or through our call center. The order will be suspended pending receipt of the correct data or by changing the payment method (cash on delivery or advance bank transfer). After 5 working days and not having received instructions, the cancellation will be made. If the data is correct, the credit card will be charged only when the order has been processed, completed and ready to be sent to you.
